Defamation
It is the publication of inaccurate facts which damage an individual’s or
businesses reputation.
Is usually publicizing of facts and circumstances about a private matter which can damage an individual’s or businesses reputation.
In defamation the focus is on the truthfulness of a published statement. In invasion of privacy the focus is upon whether the subject matter was appropriate to be publicised.
Government
The EPA can require a business to modify its practices, thereby incurring huge costs.
In a few rare cases the government agency agrees to a realistic resolution. Most of these cases go to Court.

Trusts, bank accounts insurance policies, brokerage accounts, real property,
vehicles, and such.
Only if there is some property which cannot be transferred without a probate Court Order.

Complex Civil Litigation
