I had received several solicitations from “tax” law firms who, without studying my case, claimed they would negotiate a lower tax settlement to my penalty. However, I knew there was a huge mistake here. Mr. Weinberg was recommended through a mutual friend, who described John as an unwavering representative to those who find themselves wrongfully assessed by the IRS.John was very patient and asked many questions before even starting his research. He concluded that I had innocently created a problem with the estate of my late father. John helped us to correct the error through a refile of the estate taxes. When it was time to place our case to the IRS, he was confident in his position and was willing to fight for our cause all the way to district court. As a result of John’s hard work, that was never necessary. Our family was spared from paying a wrongful assessment. Had I tried to fight this with my own ignorance, it would have been a disaster.We have asked John for his services on another occasion since then, he has been a great help and wonderful friend.

My dealings with the IRS started in 2007, about a 2006 business tax return. Long story short, 10 years later, after paying the IRS every month and paying numerous "tax" attorney's to represent me, a colleague recommended John Weinberg.
